What we collect
We do not load our email signup provider when you simply browse this website. If you submit an opening-list form, we collect the email address you provide. At that point, our signup provider may also receive the page URL, referrer, browser and device details, a session identifier, and time-on-page information needed to process and secure the submission.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your signup, send Vesper opening news and event-access messages, prevent abuse, and understand whether the signup worked. We do not sell your personal information.
Service provider and retention
HighLevel processes signup and technical delivery data on our behalf. We retain opening-list information while it is useful for these purposes or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address.
